Shipping policy

Standard UK Shipping - £6.00:

If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to cancel it and therefore request that you follow the return instructions included in the parcel. Please note, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us if you wish to return it.

Click & Collect from Store - Free:

Click & Collect in store service. Orders will be ready for collection from Pulse of Perfumery, 25, Princess Street Knutsford, Cheshire. WA166BW. Orders will be available for collection during normal trading hours Tuesday – Saturday 10am-6pm and within: 3 working days This excludes Sunday/ Mondays and UK bank holidays.

Please aim to collect your order within 3 days of the order date. If you are unable to collect your order within 3 days, please contact us on 01565 755650 to make alternative arrangements. When collecting your order, you will need to present your order confirmation with either a valid photo ID or the payment card. If somebody is collecting the order on your behalf, they will need to present the order confirmation with a valid photo ID. All orders must be signed for upon collection. UK Saturday Delivery (9am-6pm) - £15.00:

UK Next Working Day Delivery (before 4pm) - £10.00

Selected UK postcodes only. Order by 3pm Tuesday–Thursday 1 working day (order by 3pm) (Orders are delivered Monday to Friday only.
