In the spirit of Bauhaus, form follows function: a simple black cylinder in high shine polyethylene plastic with a matte anodised metal centre and magnetic cap. A most practical host for our iconic perfumes, both at home and on the go.
The scent of Magnolia flowers resembles citrus rather than flowers. Carlos Benaïm’s initial stroke is to boost the unique freshness of Magnolia with bergamot, grapefruit and lemon. He then tames it with a hint of apricot, before bringing sensuality, long lastingness and contact with the wearer’s skin with a clever cocktail of vetiver, patchouli and tree moss. Eau de Magnolia, a seemingly simple accord, a timeless summer fragrance.
About the Perfumer:
A childhood spent in Tangier close to natural ingredients gave Carlos Benaïm a taste for beauty. A training under legendary American perfumer Ernest Shiftan gave him boldness and bravado. As for the fact that he always comes up with these elegant accords, it must come from his mysterious inner compass.
