|UK STANDARD DELIVERY||We aim to deliver UK orders within: 3 working days This excludes weekends and UK bank holidays. Due to the nature of our products, seasonal increases in demand and factors beyond our control, there may be occasional longer delivery times. We will endeavour to inform you of any such situation to avoid disappointment. All deliveries require a signature: If you or someone on your behalf is not able to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a card to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time. Cards can only be left where there is access to secure post boxes, therefore some deliveries to apartment buildings and shared accommodation will not receive delivery cards as a matter of security. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If delivery proves impossible or impractical on 2 or more occasions we may need to cancel your order and deduct the original delivery charges from the refund; however we will try to contact you in this case to arrange for a new order to be placed. Flammable goods: Products containing alcohol and aerosols, sent Standard Delivery to Scotland and Northern Ireland will arrive within 4 days. Unfortunately flammable goods cannot be delivered to the Channel Islands.||£5.00|

Orders will be available for collection during normal trading hours Tuesday – Saturday 10am-6pm and within: 3 working days This excludes Sunday/ Mondays and UK bank holidays. Please aim to collect your order within 3 days of the order date. If you are unable to collect your order within 3 days, please contact us on 01565 755650 to make alternative arrangements. When collecting your order, you will need to present your order confirmation with either a valid photo ID or the payment card.
